Lubrication Steps

1. Wipe off dust and old residue on lead screws and rails first
2. Squeeze a tiny amount of lubricant oil evenly on the moving track
3. Manually slide the printer axis back and forth to spread oil uniformly
4. Wipe excess oil with a clean cloth to avoid dust adhesion

Cleaning Steps

1. Thread the braided cleaning rope through nozzle holes or rail gaps
2. Pull the rope back and forth repeatedly to absorb built-up residue and dust
3. Replace rope section when it gets too dirty for better cleaning effect

Warm Tips

1. Do not pour excessive lubricant oil; a small drop is enough for each maintenance
2. Store the oil bottle and cleaning rope pouch in cool dry place away from high temperature
3. For heavy residue buildup, use the cleaning rope multiple times to fully wipe clean
